The Temple

While in Nauvoo, Lydia insisted that we go see "Nana's Nauvoo temple."  So we went in the evening when things are all lit up and it is cooler.
The gates were already closed so we couldn't go on the grounds that evening.  It appears Henry really wanted to go in.
At 8 years old, Evelyn is really becoming a beautiful girl.
I pray she always sets her sights on the temple.  Along with her siblings and cousins.
It is just so beautiful against the dark sky.
Last week we were able to go back to the temple and begin serving as temple workers again.  It was so wonderful to be back in the Lord's house helping people make covenants for themselves or for the dead.  There are a few changes because of Covid-19 and some will remain while others will change back some day.  How beautiful are all the temples and how blessed I am to be able to serve there.
